Talented production designer Sunil Babu T (50) is no more. He passed away last night due to a cardiac arrest in Kerala's Kochi. Many years ago, he started out as an associate of 'Baahubali' and 'RRR' fame Sabu Cyril.
After becoming a production designer, he mostly worked in Malayalam and Tamil. Besides, he also worked in Telugu and Hindi. 'Sita Ramam', the 2022 blockbuster, was one of his last movies. Vijay's 'Varisu' is going to be one of his posthumous releases.
Taking to Twitter, several celebs and production houses condoled his demise. "Deeply saddened to hear that #SunilBabu is no more... In your art, we will meet you again! Heartfelt condolences to his family (sic)," wrote Vyjayanthi Movies. "This is really heartbreaking and hard to digest! Can't believe he's no longer with us now. This shows, again, how life can be unfair and unpredictable. Rest in peace, #SunilBabu sir. The world will miss you," wrote 'Sita Ramam' maker Hanu Raghavapudi.
Mollywood superstar Dulquer Salmaan was among the first star heroes to put out a condolence message.
