'Adipurush' is not getting postponed. The Prabhas-Om Raut film will head to the theatres on June 16. There is no change in the pan-Indian movie's release date.
The epic mythological drama has been ratcheted up to the next level by the makers. Its VFX has been redone and rebooted in such a way that the looks of the key characters will be changed from what was seen in the film's teaser, which was released in October last year.
Bhushan Kumar of T-Series last June claimed that 'Adipurush' has been made on a budget of Rs 500 Cr.
Also produced by Om Raut, Prasad Sutar and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles, the film is backed by UV Creations. Its IMAX 3D release is going to be a major one, reports say.
