'Adipurush': Pre-release event to be a grand spectacle

The pre-release event of 'Adipurush' is touted to be the biggest-ever such event in the history of Indian cinema. Considering that the events of 'Baahubali 2' and 'RRR' were humongous, this is going to be a truly phenomenal achievement.

The event will be held in Tirupathi on June 6 with the likes of Prabhas and Kriti Sanon in attendance.

Spiritual seer Chinna Jeeyar Swamy will grace the occasion as the chief guest. About 200 singers and dancers are going to perform on the occasion. Given the presence of the religious personality, the performances will be devotional in nature in keeping with the genre of the June 16th release.

A key highlight is that a 50-feet hologram image of the 'Radhe Shyam' actor will be put up at the venue. Since Ayodhya is associated with the history of Lord Ram, a set depicting the holy town will also be put up.

Director Om Raut has also announced that a seat will be left vacant in each theatre playing the Ramayana-based movie across India. The seat is meant for Lord Hanuman, who is believed to continue to live on Earth solely to listen to the divine story of Rama and Sita.
