VK Naresh has played the role of a patriarch in 'The Great Indian Suicide', this week's OTT release. Streaming on Aha Video, the film has Naresh in a shocking role. The twist about his character has been revealed fairly well by director Viplove.

If you think about it, Naresh has been the star artist of the year, choosing versatile roles one after another. 'Samajavaragamana' wouldn't have been such a big hit had it not been for him. He played the dumb dad's role to perfection. He, in fact, bettered Sree Vishnu.

The film was preceded by 'Malli Pelli'. While it was a box-office flop, Naresh's performance was commendable in it. He was also its producer. 'Intinti Ramayanam', 'Anni Manchi Sakunamule', 'Ante Sundaraniki', and 'Swathi Muthyam' are among his recent movies (the last two were released last year).

Naresh was recently seen in the ZEE5 original 'Maya Bazaar For Sale' and the Amazon Prime Video series 'Kumari Srimathi' in a non-straightforward role. 'Martin Luther King' is among his upcoming movies. Naresh plays the role of a wannabe village president in it.
