Director Sekhar Kammula's film with the talented Dhanush is titled 'Kubera'. Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd recently roped in Rashmika Mandanna for the female lead's role.

Marking Maha Shivaratri, the makers on Friday unveiled the film’s title and also dropped the first look in the form of a small video clip. Kubera, who is the wealthiest God in the pantheon of Hindu Gods, is made a reference to.

Versatile actor Dhanush’s povertarian look is quite contrasting to the title. The background shows Lord Shiva taking alms from Goddess Annapurna, while we see the 'SIR' actor standing in front of the image.

With the First Look itself, the makers have established the movie as a unique experiment. Kammula is doing this sort of a serious subject for the first time since 'Leader'.

The film's music has been done by Devi Sri Prasad. Niketh Bommi is its cinematographer. Ramakrishna Sabbani and Monika Nigotre are doing the film's production design.
