Jr NTR's 'Devara': A Tale of Feuds and Reverence

'Devara' is set in a host of fictional villages which have bloody feuds between them. Four different villages fight amongst each other for the ownership of ancestral weapons. "They don't worship gods as such. They are not into deity worship but revere these weapons," Jr NTR said.

Tarak also said that he can't wait for the audience to watch the greatest reveal in the movie. This is such an interesting declaration by the 'RRR' actor, considering the flurry of fan theories and storyline predictions doing the rounds on social media.

Saif Ali Khan revealed that a massive action sequence was shot for about ten days. It was physically taxing to shoot for it. Pehelwans were brought in from different parts of the country. Another sequence involved shooting in a make-believe sea. A pool was created in Hyderabad to shoot the sequence for 35 days.

Janhvi Kapoor's character's equations with Jr NTR's Vara are not so simple. She hinted that there is more between them than a typical girlfriend-boyfriend dynamic.

'Devara', directed by Koratala Siva, has music by Anirudh Ravichander. The pan-Indian film will head to theatres on September 27.
