Power Star Pawan Kalyan on Sunday started observing an 11-day 'Prayaschitta Diksha' at Sri Dasavatara Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Guntur. He said that this is his way of atoning for the "adulteration" of the Tirumala Laddu, an issue that has become a huge controversy across India.
The Jana Sena chief described the alleged contamination as a "malicious attempt made to infuse impurity in the prasadam". Turning emotional, the Deputy CM of AP described Tirumala as a "center of our culture, faith, belief and devotion". He added that he feels cheated from within.
In the first week of October, Pawan Kalyan will be in Tirupati to have a darshan of Venkateswara Swamy.
The other day, the makers of 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 - Sword vs Spirit' stated that the film's shoot would be recommenced on September 23. It seems Pawan Kalyan won't be able to join the shoot for a few days, given the sudden decision to observe the Diksha. So, the schedule of 'HHVM' stands affected, most probably.
