The transition from acting to powerlifting, which began with her fitness journey in 2023, has culminated in a remarkable selection: Pragathi is set to represent India at the Asian Games in Turkey.

Her success was particularly highlighted in 2024 when she secured a Silver Medal at the South Indian Championship. She then capped off this period by winning a prestigious Gold Medal at the National Powerlifting Championship held in Kerala in 2025.
