A couple of years ago, prominent Telugu astrologer Venu Swamy claimed Prabhas' career had peaked. He said that the Salaar star had already seen the highest point of his career and that his future films would struggle. He also remarked that producers working with Prabhas should "check their own horoscopes" because the actor's career would become difficult and he might have to rebuild it with smaller-budget films. The controversy-prone astrologer linked Prabhas' horoscope to career setbacks. After a string of underperforming films following Baahubali 2, Venu Swamy argued that the actor's horoscope suggested a challenging phase for his career.
Cut to the present, he has done a volte-face. In his latest interview, Venu Swamy described Prabhas as a "Karana Janmudu" (hurray!). Is it his case that someone with a faulty horoscope can simultaneously be the child of destiny?
When Venu Swamy wrote off the Fauzi actor in the past, the actor's fans trolled him and even body-shamed him (although many must have secretly sought his appointment to find out about their own future). Today, the same legend has described the Kalki 2 actor as a "Karana Janmudu". The joke is really on Prabhas' fans, who needlessly trolled the publicity-hungry charlatan infamous for making contradictory predictions about celebs (such as Samantha Ruth Prabhu).
