Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has widened his real estate footprint by acquiring a sizable land parcel near Pune, national media reports have stated. The Animal actor completed the purchase of four adjacent agricultural plots in Pimpri village. The combined plots measure roughly 25.7 acres. The total expenditure reached Rs 16.42 crore.
The Brahmastra star has been actively looking beyond the city borders of Mumbai to grow his personal assets. Recently, he made headlines for another property venture. In May, he secured a luxury land plot in Ayodhya. That transaction involved a premium space covering 2,134 square feet along the Sarayu River, costing Rs 3.31 crore.
"His latest multi-crore rural investment solidifies his presence in the booming Maharashtra countryside," an Indian Express report says.
On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor is doing the two-part Ramayana series, co-starring Sai Pallavi and KGF star Yash. The first part will be a Diwali 2026 release. Dharma Productions recently clinched a theatrical deal reportedly by paying Rs 250 Cr. The buzz is that Ranbir has told producer Namit Malhotra that he won't be promoting the movie in India. He has decided on speaking only to international platforms.
