An addictive tune, an arresting hook step, cute expressions by the heroine (Mamitha Baiju), Suriya's measured presence... The first song, titled Neno Butterfly, from Vishwanath And Sons has everything going for it. Composed by GV Prakash Kumar, the song is rendered by Sublahshini, whose semi-offbeat voice perfectly suits the unusual nature of the romance between the pair. The age-gap romance needed for the lyrics to be quintessentially innocent; so Ramajogayya Sastry doesn't go for too much of poetry. Director Venky Atluri ticks all the right boxes.
"The most beautiful thing about love? It never needs a reason," the makers of the film wrote on social media, sharing the song in Telugu and Tamil. "The most beautiful feelings deserve the most beautiful melodies," Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas added.
Nimish Ravi, Navin Nooli and Banglan are handling cinematography, editing, and production design departments, respectively. Vishwanath & Sons' promotional assets have been a hit.
Also featuring Radhika Sarathkumar and Raveena Tandon, Vishwanath And Sons will open in theatres exclusively on August 14.
