Leader, starring Legend Saravanan as an adventuresome father whose girl child means the world to him, is an action-heavy movie filled with "sensational fights and epic chases". Director RS Durai Senthilkumar today brought out the movie's teaser. Stunt choreographer Mahesh Mathew is quite literally the most important technician for the film, it would appear from the teaser!
Legend Saravana Stores Productions has ostensibly mounted the film on a vast scale. We can expect not just relatable emotions but also dizzying punches, heightened drama, and frightened baddies whose presence elevates heroism. The drama involves not just the hero but also major characters played by Andrea Jeremiah, Shaam, Santhosh Prathap, among others.
Also featuring RX 100 fame Payal Rajput, Lal, and Prabhu, the film's central plot seems to be quite a nail-biting one. "I have to stay by my daughter's side for ever. So, I will stand against this whole world. Fight for her and win," the male lead says in the teaser, firmly establishing the central sentimentalism of the story.
Co-starring Amirtha Aiyer, VTV Ganesh, Aishwarya, Aranthangi Nisha, Iyal, Jeyasmirtha, Pathman, Yogiram, and others, the film's music is by Ghibran Vaibhoda. The film was shot in Thoothukudi, Jaipur, Ooty, Georgia, and Chennai.
Leader is scheduled to hit the cinemas in April.
