Mounam Muhurat

A new film titled ‘Mounam’ with Murali Krishna, Bhanu Sri and Aishwarya as the lead roles has taken off on Thursday, i.e. August 27 in Hyderabad. Kishan Sagar is being introduced as director. Alluri Surya Prasad is producing the film on Los Angeles Talkies banner with Sandhya Motion Pictures as presenter. Hero Srikanth sounded the clap board, while Srimitra Chowdary switched on the camera for the muhurath shot and Muppalaneni Siva directed it.

At the film launch event, director Kishan Sagar said, “Silence has special importance in horror films. The film ‘Mounam’ will have only one song. After writing the script, we felt that the tiltle ‘Mounam’ will be perfectly apt to the story and therefore we confirmed it. In the past, I worked as a cinematographer. I’m making my debut as director through this film. I’m thankful to the producers for giving me this opportunity.”

Murali Krishna said, “I’m playing the lead role in the film. I’m thankful to the director and producers for giving me this opportunity.”

Aishwarya shared, “I’m playing on of the lead roles in ‘Mounam’. I’m thankful to the director and producers for giving me this opportunity.”

Kanakala Subbarao (Ravi) said, “Los Angeles Talkies banner and Sandhya Motion Pictures are jointly producing the film. We are planning to start the regular shooting from tomorrow. Kishan Sagar is being introduced as director through this film.”

MM Srilekha who attended the function wished all the best to the film unit.
