Aakasamlo Sagam Success Meet

Director Premraj’s ‘Akasamlo Sagam’ featuring Ravi Babu, Flora Saini, Posani Krishna Murali, Swetha Basu Prasad and 18 directors was recently released in theaters. On this occasion the film unit organised a success meet to share their happiness.

Producer Malkapuram Sivakumar who produced the movie on Nandi Productions banner said, “Akasamlo Sagam is the 2nd movie on our banner which was released across the state, but in 30 centers only due to theater problem. However, the collections are slowly picking up. The response is good especially from the women audience. Yandamuri’s story and Parachuri Brothers’s dialogues remain as assets to the film. Another highlight of the film is 18 directors being part of the film. I’m thankful to the audience for their positive response at the time when it has become a hassle to release small films in theaters.”

Sagar said, “Women are hungry to watch good films and I wish films like this should be encouraged. Seveal women have watched this film and I want more people to watch it. When these kind of movies get good encouragement, there is ample scope for more movies to get released that can be watched the entire family.”

Chandra Mahesh said, “Akasamlo Sagam is a message oriented film in which I was given a good role to play. The movie is sure to earn a good name to all.”

Kasi Vishwanath said, “Akasamlo Sagam is based on Yandamuri’s novel. The film got good talk despite being released in very few theaters. This movie tells about the husband and wife releationship. The director has made a good attempt.”

Premraj said, “Response is excellent for the songs. I thank the women audience for watchig and appreciating our film. This movie is different from regular formulaic movies and it has a good message in it too. We have faced lot of problems like other producers regarding theaters. Those who watched the film are saying that the film is very close to their real lives. I wish many more will watch the film and enjoy.”
