Jakkanna Audio Release (Set 5)

It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that the audio launch of Golden Star Sunil’s comeback film ‘Jakkanna’ was a star-studded affair. The event took place at Shilpakala Vedika in Hyderabad on June 24. Megastar Chiranjeevi graced the event as chief guest. Golden star Sunil, heroine Mannara Chopra, director Vamsi Krishna Akella, producer R Sudarshan Reddy, cinematographer Ram Prasad, SS Thaman, music director Dinesh, N Shankar, Pratani Ramakrishna Goud, Raj Tarun, Raja Ravindra, distributor Sudarshan and some others were present at the function.

Megastar Chiranjeevi launched the Big CD and audio CDs by presenting the first CD to hero Sunil. Mannara Chopra and cinematographer Ram Prasad revealed the theatrical trailer.

Comedian turned hero Sunil, who earned the tag as Golden Star, is playing the lead role in the film which is being made under RP Creations banner as Production No.2. Mannara Chopra has paired up with Sunil as female lead. R Sudashan Reddy is producing the film under Vamshi Krishna Akella’s direction.

Addressing the gathering, Megastar Chiranjeevi said, “The love and affection shown by Sunil has dragged me here. Sunil would constantly say that he came to this stage by oing my dances on the stage. I am proud that my fan reached this position. Sunil stood as an inspiration to many people. He stood as an example that if we work hard we can achieve success in the film industry. He, who had rigid body, has motivated everyone by changing himself with bulged biceps. His dances clarifies that he is one of the best dancers in our film industry. Director Vamsi has crafted the film wonderfully. Trailer shows that the film is blended with all elements like drama, romance, comedy and action. Sudharshan garu has made the film at his best. Dinesh has turned into music director through this ‘Jakkanna’. I wish all the best to him. I wish the film will become big success and stand out as a blockbuster hit for Sunil.”

Hero Sunil shared, “Chiranjeevi garu is my inspiration. He attended the audio launch event despite of his busy schedule. I will be indebted to him forever. Now, coming to the film, it’s fully loaded with comedy. Along with the fresh story, the film has wonderful dialogues penned by Bhavani Prasad. Ram Prasad garu has presented me beautifully with his wonderful cinematography. Dinesh has given beautiful music. Director Vamsi Akella has traveled along with me for two years. ‘Jakkanna’ has full-fledged comedy than all other films which have done so far. The film was started only with the support of producer Sudarshan Reddy. Rathan Reddy, Raghu and Harish have given lot of support. Mannara Chopra has given energetic performance. I will assure you that I will do at least four films a year. I am thankful to everyone who supported me.”

“At first I was bit tense knowing that Sunil’s involvement would be there in making the film. But, he is the main reason for the good outcome of the film. He arranged some writers with his own money and developed the script beautifully. Ram Prasad garu has given wonderful cinematography. Dinesh’s music is excellent. Each and everyone in the team have given lot of support for the good outcome of the film. I am thankful to everyone,” said producer R Sudarshan Reddy.

Music director Dinesh thanked Sunil, director and Producers for giving him the opportunity.

Heroine Mannara Chopra thanked the film unit members for giving their support to her.
