I have been inspired to learn this Traditional Kuchipudi dace because of my first guru.(My mom. Smt Sudam Satya garu) She has been learning this dance right from her childhood and have learn't her first steps from maha guru Sri vempati chinna satyam garu.
Thereafter, she has completed her certificate course and holds a degree in kuchipudi dance.
I have been learning the basics steps and dance from my mom right from my childhood. This has invoked a zeal within me to learn this art form. With the help of my parents, i was able to gain distinction in my certificate and diploma course kuchipudi dance while accomplishing my B. E education.
I choose to take these skills a step forward and give up my complete 2 years in shaping and tuning my skills in this dance form to the next level after completing by B. E though i have been offered many jobs after my engineering. I have joined " Master of Performing Arts " MPA kuchipudi for the year 2013-2015 and have completed my MPA in distinction for the undivided state of Andhra pradesh(Telangana and Andhra) and for which, i have been awarded 2 gold medals by honble. I would like to thank my parents, my lecturers of PSTU and my friends, who helped me in achieving this success. I would specialy like to thank Smt. Alekhya punjala garu, (Registrar and Kuchipudi HOD) for encouraging me in all her programs, concerts and work shops anf for being a true mentor in shaping my career. I would also like to extend my specialy thanks to Sri Bhagavatula Setu Ram garu for showing additional interest in shaping my skills.
