Pesarattu, been a totally popular entity of Telugu cuisine holds lots of significance in their daily lives and its very nutritious and Sumptuous one. Dosa or Dose or Dosa is a fermented crepe or pancake and is indigenous staple dish in the southern Indian states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu as well as being popular in Sri Lanka. Dosa is also popular in Singapore, where the name Thosai is more common, and in Myanmar as Toshay. There is a saying in Old Hindu Text, "New Year Begins with Fermented Rice and as the Volume Increase with the Fermentation process bring's in the number of fold bringing in Good Luck, prosperity, fortune and growth.
Some of the Specialty Dosa Variations that we are trying out is Guntur Kodi Masala Dosa , Shrimp Coconut Dosa ,Ma msam Vepudu Dosa ,Pesarattu with tomato Bhaath , 70 mm Rava Dosa with 10 varieties of Chutney's.
Dosa is served hot, either folded in half or rolled like a wrap. Dosa can be stuffed with fillings of vegetables and sauces to make a quick meal. They are typically served with a vegetarian side dish (Sambar, , Dry chutney, Indian pickles, Milagai powder, Muddha pappu)which varies according to regional and personal preferences. Pesarattu is a crepe-like bread unique to Telugu cuisine that is similar to Dosa. Pesarattu is eaten both in breakfast and as snack that popular in Andhra Pradesh state in India. It is typically served with ginger or tamarind chutney. Green chilies ginger and onions are used in different variants of this snack.
