Sushanth is making headlines because he is the only actor from the original cast who won't be reprising his role in ENE Repeat, the official sequel. Although director Tharun Bhascker tried his best to secure his dates, Sushanth had to make the difficult decision to decline.
As per producer Srujan Yarabolu, Sushanth is bound by a real-estate contract to completely focus on his family's realty project in Vizag. As per this contract with a major construction firm, he cannot take on any other assignment before the completion of this multi-crore venture.
However, as per the grapevine, the producer is not telling the whole truth. Rumouredly, Sushanth's wife, who herself comes from a wealthy family, asked him not to act in movies. And he accepted her request. Sushanth's net worth is said to be more than Rs 100 Cr.
