The health benefits of Cycling are immense. It is one of the easiest ways to excercise, can ride almost anywhere, any time and all through the year. There is no need to spend fortune. Many people are put off doing certain sports because of the high level of skill that seems to be required, or perhaps because they can't commit to a team sport due to time pressures. And most of us know cycling.
Cycling builds strength and muscle tone, builds stamina, improves cardio-vascular fitness, it burns calories, improves health, coordination and reduces stress. Cycling can be integrated into any fitness program. We urge people in city particularly corporate executives to get into active cycling. Ride cycle to your offices. Participate in cycling events, encourage your family members cycle frequently said Deenanath Harapanahalli, Founder and Chairman, The Atlanta Foundation.
