Bhaskar and Sriram as lead stars, ‘Ishtasakhi’ is being directed and produced by Bharath Parepally under The Dreams Company banner. The tagline of the film is ‘O Premakaavyam’. The shooting is progressing with the first schedule from February 4th and will be wrapped up on 18th in the surroundings of Hyderabad. So far 40% of talkie and a song in the college backdrop were shot. The shooting was held in hospital, police station, heroine house set and Narasimha Engineering College.
Director cum producer Bharath Paarepalli said, “We completed the first shooting schedule. The hero and the heroine performed absolutely well even if they are new to the industry. The first shooting was held on heroine’s father Tirumala Rao, mother Anitanath, sister Sikharaa and Tarzan. The 2nd shooting schedule will be held from March 1st to 20th in Vizag, Araku and Paaderu locations. We will shoot 3 songs in Vizag and few scenes relating to college, two songs in Araku and a song on villain Ajay and a fight at Paaderu forest. The comedy scenes in the combination of Brahmanandam, Aali and Venu Madhav will be canned from March 25th onwards and start the post production works from April 1st week. We have completed recording of songs through Lalith Suresh’s composition. We are planning to launch the audio in April and release the film in May.”
