Shooting of
Shriya Saran starrer ‘Pavithra’ is almost complete except for a song. Janardhan Maharshi is directing this film featuring Shriya in title role. K Sadak Kumar and G Maheshwara Reddy are jointly producing the film. According to them dubbing work has been done and re-recording will begin shortly. Audio will be released in 1st week of March.
Director Janardhan Maharshi said, “Pavithra depicts the value of women. I have two daughters. I’m designing this film in such a way that they will feel proud of it. I’m making a genuine attempt. Hence it’s a bold film that will appear like gold. Every scene will provoke the audience to think. Shriya is completely into the character while doing the role of Pavithra. The film can be watched with the entire family.”
Shriya said, “Pavithra is one of the best roles that I did so far in my career. I’m sure this film will be a turning point of my career. The story and screenplay are interesting.”
Producers informed that post-production works are presently going on. Janardhan Maharshi is crafting the film extremely well. They conveyed that they are very happy to note that they are producing a good film.
Other star cast is Shivaji, Brahmanandam, AVS, Sai Kumar, Bharan, Yandamuri Veerendranath, Ravi Babu, Telangana Sakuntala, Roja, Kaushik, etc.
