Muhurat for the much awaited movie ‘Aagadu’ in the combination of Mahesh Babu-Srinu Vaitla-14 Reels Entertainment was held this morning, October 25, 2013, at a Film Nagar Temple in Ramanaidu Studio, Hyderabad. Movie Moghul Dr D Ramanaidu sounded the clap board, while dynamic producer M Shyam Prasad Reddy switched on the camera.
Later addressing the media Srinu Vaitla said, “Aagadu will be the best film in Mahesh Babu’s career as well as mine. Mahesh Babu’s character in this film will be full massy, exactly the way his fans and audience like to see him. I wanted to see him in one such character since long. ‘Dookudu’ is like a trailer to that character. In ‘Aagadu’, he will doing a full-fledged character which he did not do in his career so far. It’s going to be a very big range movie altogether.”
Producers Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta and Anil Sunkara said, “’Aagadu’ is the third film with super star Mahesh Babu after ‘Dookudu’ and ‘1’. Similarly this is also our third film with our friend Srinu Vaitla after ‘Namo Venkatesa’ and ‘Dookudu’. We are going to produce this film at a very high range.”
Prakash Raj and Brahmanandam are also part of this first time Mahesh Babu and Tamanna starer movie.
