Nikhil, who is climbing the ladder of success by doing variety films like ‘Swami Ra Ra’, ‘Karthikeya’ and ‘Surya vs Surya’, is now coming out with another distinct film titled ‘Sankarabharanam’. MVV Satyanarayana is producing this film under MVV Cinema banner with Kona Venkat as presenter. Uday Nandanavanam is the director. Meanwhile, the unit will wrap up the shooting part by this week.
Briefing about the film details, Kona Venkat said, “Our ’Geetanjali’ which is a mix of horror and comedy became big hit. Now, ‘Sankarabharanam’ is a mix of crime and comedy. This crime comedy movie is totally different from all other films which were delivered so far. No sets were used for this film. Not just talkie, we have filmed songs also in natural locations. We have shot the film in some dangerous and very risky locations of Bihar, Pune and US. There are four songs in the film. And coming to the story, hero Nikhil is the son of wealthiest person in US. Hero believes that there are only two categories of people- one who enjoys and the other who are hard working. Nikhil feels that he is born to enjoy. He comes to India for a purpose and unexpectedly he gets into troubles. How he overcomes the ordeals is the rest of the story. Anjali did a special character in the film. Over 40 huge star cast like Suman, Sitara, Rao Ramesh and Sapthagiri played important roles. We are making the film with huge budget.”
MVV Satyanarayana informs, “We are planning to release the audio in October and the film for this Diwali. ‘Geethanjali’ which was delivered from our banner became big hit. We waited for almost 9 months for a good story that should surpass the success of the first film from our banner ‘Geetanjali’. Kona Venkat has given us a wonderful story. As per the story requirement, we have made the film with high budget without compromising.”
Rao Ramesh, Satyam Rajesh, Shakalaka Shankar, Sujay Misra and Pitobash Tripathy and some others are playing important roles in the film.
