Sri Tirumala Tirupati Venkateswara Films has brought a different subject film ‘Bichagadu’ to Telugu audience and it grossed over Rs 25 crores. Versatile actor director and producer and people’s star R Narayana Murthy has chosen the film media with the main intention to expose the exploitation done to the lower strata of the society. Jayasudha is a well-known star heroine and later turned into character artists and earned the name as Sahaja Nati. Now, Sri Tirumala Tirupati Venkateswara Films, R Narayana Murthy and Jayasudha have teamed up for a new film titled ‘Head Constable Venkatramaiah’. R Narayana Murthy is not handling the direction department, he is playing the lead role in the film. He will be seen in the title role Head Constable Venkatramaiah. Jayasudha is playing his wife role. These days when industry is in quest for a complete family entertainer, ace producer Chadalawada Srinivasa Rao has narrated a wonderful script to R Narayana Murthy and Jayasudha and made them to accept to act in this. R Narayana Murthy didn’t accept to work under any other’s direction or any other production other than his own direction or production after ‘Orey Riksha’. Interesting thing is that the actor, who is the fan of Chadalawada Srinivasa Rao, was very impressed by the script and accepted to work under Sri Tirumala Tirupati Venkateswara Films.
Chadalawada Srinivasa Rao as presenter, ‘Head Constable Venkatramaiah’ is being produced by Chadalawada Padmavathi. Chadalawada Srinivasa Rao himself providing story, screenplay and dialogues and also handling the direction department. We all know that music has ample scope in R Narayana Murthy’s films. Keeping the importance of music in mind, Chadalawada Srinivasa Rao is making plans to rope in Vandemataram Srinivas to provide music for this film. Suddala Ashok Teja and Goreti Venkanna are penning lyrics. Sudhakar Reddy is the cinematographer.
Informing the news, director Chadalawada Srinivasa Rao said, “The film ‘Head Constable Venkatramaiah’ will be formally launched on October 19 at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad in a grand manner in the presence of bigwigs of the film industry. The shooting will take place at Ramoji Film City and in and around Hyderabad for 60 days. The story of the film is about an honest police and what problems he has to face in his real life because of his job and how he overcomes makes the story. The film is coming up with a different combination. I entered into the film industry with the passion on films. I decided to direct this film which goes on with family values. The film will have emotions which will impress family audience and blended with all commercial elements. I am extremely confident that 'Head Constable Venkatramaiah' will impress all sects of audience.”
