On Sunday, i.e. on July 30, Allu Arjun graced the pre-release event of ‘Darsakudu’ as chief guest. On this occasion, Allu Arjun spoke few words about Sukumar. “I have been asked by many of my friends that Sukumar is making a film, did he invite me any of the functions. I answered them that he definitely invites me. There is good relationship between Sukumar and me. I wish ‘Darsakudu’ will become big success. Sukumar is my favourite director. Sukumar is one of the few men to home I say ‘I love you’ (Laughs). It’s not a normal thing to foray into production department when he is riding high in a success streak as director. It’s really an appreciable thing,” said Allu Arjun.
In response to Allu Arjun’s words, Sukumar said, “Bunny has become star hero because of me. During the shooting of ‘Arya’, I slipped into water in a boat accident. I don’t know swimming. Bunny jumped into water and saved me. As he saved my life I call him real hero. I didn’t encourage my family members to enter into films. My elder brother’s son Ashok has entered into films unexpectedly. He had the aim to work in the direction department. When he was asked to write a version for the film ‘1-Nenokkadine’, he had penned wonderfully. I wish Ashok will have better future as hero.”
“Sukumar is like my brother. Ours is 14-year-long relationship. ‘Arya’ has given life to Allu Arjun and Sukumar and including me. The trailer has Sukumar’s trademark clearly. Sukumar, who has great passion on films, has started climbing the ladder of success as a producer,” said Dil Raju.
Director Hari Prasad Jakka said that the film ‘Darsakudu’ is the perfect replica to Sukumar thoughts.
Hero and heroine have expressed their happiness for being part of this film. All the film unit members were present at the event.
The film is scheduled to release on August 4. Ashok and Eesha are playing lead roles. Prominent director Sukumar is bringing this love entertainer from his own production house. The film is directed by Hari Prasad Jakka. BNCSP Vijay Kumar, Thomas Aduri and Satti Nadeer Ravichandra are producing the film under Sukumar Writings banner with Sukumar as presenter.
