Malayalam movie ‘Aanandam’ has all the elements the present generation audiences would look for and the film has struck a chord with the students in Malayalam. Now this blockbuster movie is going to be released in Telugu. Yetthari Gururaj is producing the film in Telugu under Sukheebhava movies banner. Veera Venkateswara Rao (Peddababu), VRB Raju and Ravi Varma Chiluvuri are the Co-producers.
The Telugu producers couldn’t have asked for a better release date for this movie. The film is going to be released on 23rd March, just when the students are going to be free completing their exams and this movie is going to be a perfect treat for them this summer. The audio will be released on 17th March.
Students would relate themselves to the characters in this movie, which is all about what happens when a group of second year engineering students go for an industrial tour in four days. The natural performances, flawless screenplay and music are going to be the assets of this movie.
The film has already created a sensation in Malayalam. Made on a shoestring budget of Rs.5 crores, the film went on to collect more than 4 times its budget. Nivin Pauly’s guest role is going to be special in this movie, which has all new comers except for a few actors.
The Telugu producers are very happy about the way things have fallen into place. They say, “We have bagged the dubbing rights of this movie amidst huge competition from some big producers for a fancy price. The box-office collections of this movie in Malayalam tell how big hit this film is and how the young generation audiences have loved it. As the film is very close to Telugu nativity, we decided to dub this film in Telugu, though a big producer offered a big amount for the remake rights. Except for Nivin Pauly, the film has all new actors. The three love stories in the film are beautiful and Sachin Warrier’s music is another major highlight of this movie.”
“We are planning to launch the audio on 17th March and will release the film on 23rd March. The film will be a perfect summer treat for younger generation of audiences,” the producers added.
Arun Kurian, Thomas Mathew, Roshan Mathew, Siddhi Mahajankatti, Annu Antony, Vishak Nair and Anarkali Marikarin played the lead roles.
