'Software Blues' locks its release date

'Software Blues' is slated to be released in theatres on December 31. Starring Sriram, Bhavana, Aryaman, Mahaboob Basha, KS Raju, Basvaraj and others, the film has completed its post-production works.

An out-and-out fun-filled entertainer, it's about what all techies go through in achieving their targets at the workplace. "The lead pair have given a nice performance. The technicians supported us throughout. Thanks to the support extended by our friends, we have been able to complete the film and release it during the pandemic," the makers said at the pre-release event held today.

Silver Pixel Media Works VK Raju said, "The premise of the movie is interesting. The director has done a superb job."

Mahaboob Basha, who plays played a key role, said, "This is the first movie that is coming in the backdrop of software jobs. I have played a fun-filled character. Despite OTT offers, we are releasing 'Software Blues' only in theatres. Distributor Tagore Ram Prasad garu has supported us a lot in the release."

The film has music by Subhash Anand, who said that the movie shows how many difficulties software employees face on a daily basis at the workplace.

Actor Sriram said, "Outsiders think that software employees have a luxurious job. The director of this movie had to quit a lucrative job to make this movie. This is such a relatable movie."

Distributor Tagore Ram Prasad said, "We have held premiere shows and everyone has loved it."
