Ahead of the theatrical release of 'Krack' on January 9, a pre-release event was held in Hyderabad. Vamsi Paidipally, Anil Ravipudi and others graced the occasion as guests.

Speaking on the occasion, Ravi Teja said, "Thaman has always given consistently good music to my films. I thank lyricists Ramajogayya Sastry garu and Kasarla Shyam on this occasion. The songs have been a hit with the listeners. 'Shambo Siva Shambo' is one of my favourite movies. Samuthirakani, who directed it, is such a talented writer. He has played an antagonist in 'Krack'. Sai Madhav Burra's dialogues are powerful. GK Vishnu's cinematography is superb. We are very positive about the success of the film. All my films with Ali have clicked at the box-office."

Director Vamsi Paidipally said, "I worked as an AD on 'Bhadra'. I have known Ravi Teja garu since then. Good days are here for the film industry. It's now up to the audience to bring the industry back to life. I also wish director Gopichand Malineni all the best."

Anil Ravipudi said, "'Krack' has to shake the box-office with huge revenues. Ravi means the sun and the sun is fire. If you use his talent to the best of his capability, he always delivers the best. The film industry is waiting hugely for 'Krack' and is not irreverent about it."

Samuthirakani said that the film, which casts him in a negative role, is going to be a milestone in his career.

Director Gopichand Malineni said that Ravi Teja is like his brother. "After 'Don Seenu' and 'Balupu', this is our hat-trick outing," he added. Executive Producer Ammi Raju said, "This is a festival before the formal festival. I wish the producer, Ravi Teja and the director all the best," he said.

BVSN Prasad said, "The trailer of 'Krack' is amazing. I am confident that the film will be a hit." ML Kumar Chowdhary said, "I have done 'Idiot' and 'Vikramarkudu' with Ravi Teja. They both became big hits. I have a desire to make 'Vikramarkudu-2' with Ravi Teja. But the trailer of 'Krack' is looking like a sequel to 'Vikramarkudu'." KL Damodar Prasad of the Producers' Council said, "The film is releasing amid high expectations. It should become a festival hit."
