It has been 20 years since 'Manasantha Nuvve' came out. It was Uday Kiran's one of early movies and marked the directorial debut of VN Aditya. The romantic drama and family entertainer had superb music by composer RP Patnaik.
The other day, marking late Uday Kiran's birth anniversary, VN Aditya said that he intends to materialize 'Manasantha Nuvve 2', for which he invited aspiring writers and directors to come up with heart-touching ideas.
"This won't be a sequel. We want to make a heart-touching 'Manasantha Nuvve'-type movie," Aditya said, adding that he would work towards ensuring that it will be funded. "It's not right on my part to direct the second edition. Let someone become a new VN Aditya. It will be an honour," he added.
The movie will have music by RP Patnaik. "Manasantha Nuvve had immortal music. I want an idea that will inspire me to compose such music," RP said.
