Sundeep Kishan-starrer 'Gully Rowdy', having completed its post-production works, is now waiting for CBFC certification. In due course, the "fun-filled entertainer" will also lock its release date.
With the screenplay by Kona Venkat, this G Nageshwara Reddy directorial features Sundeep Kishan in an out-and-out commercial role. Bankrolled by MVV Satyanarayana and presented by Kona Venkat, the film has Neha Shetty as the heroine.
The makers today said that the versatile Rajendra Prasad and Tamil actor Bobby Simha (who will be seen as the hero in 'Vasantha Kokila', the action thriller) have got very important roles in this comedy. Described as a fun ride, the film also has Mime Gopi in yet another key role.
Posani Krishna Murali, Vennela Kishore and Viva Harsha are part of the cast. With the music by Chowrastha Ram and Sai Kartheek, 'Gully Rowdy' has story by Bhanu. Chota K Prasad is the editor, while Neeraja Kona has styled the main actors.
