‘Rang De’ will release in theatres on March 26. On Friday, the team of the film participated in an enthusiastic trailer launch event, which was graced by a few politicians and administrators. Kurnool MLA Abdul Hafeez Khan, among others, made his presence felt. Kodumur MLA Sudhakar, another political heavyweight from the village, was also present. Kurnool Municipal Commissioner Balaji, Kurnool DG Bharat and Kurnool Traffic DSP Mehboob Basha were conspicuous by their presence.
Speaking on the occasion, DG Bharat said that 'Check' actor Nithiin is the son of Kurnool. Producer Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments extended special thanks to the people of Kurnool for making the event a grand success.
On his part, comedian Abhinav said that 'Rang De' is a complete family entertainer. He promised entertainment together with 'Colour Photo' actor Suhaas and ace comedian Vennela Kishore.
Nithin, in his speech, made a mention of the famous Kondareddy Buruju. He struck the right chord with the audience by saying that Rayalaseema is famous for mass and faction films, but he found only love in the area.
