'Guduputani' is an upcoming entertainer starring Saptagiri in the lead. Its trailer was launched on Wednesday at a grand event in Hyderabad.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav said, "I came to attend this event as soon as Saptagiri invited me. He has made a name for himself in the industry without any background. There is a need for the young generation to enter the film industry. I wish producers Parupati Srinivas Reddy, Katarai Ramesh Yadav all the best."
Director Maruthi said, "The trailer is really exciting. I am confident that 'Guduputani' is going to be a hit. I have learned that the producers have not compromised on quality anywhere. I wish Saptagiri, who is a passionate actor, all the best. Pratap Vidya's music is impressive."
The producers said that they have carried out several charity activities as infra developers. "We have now entered the film industry. We loved it when director KM Kumar gave the narration. Saptagiri is going to impress the audience the way the lead men in movies such as 'Swayam Krushi' and 'Mayalodu' did. Everybody has given their best. We have shot the movie in a wide variety of locations, including Hampi, Mysore, Melkote, Kanchi and others."
Saptagiri said, "Our film borrows its title from Superstar Krishna's film by the same name. I was thrilled on listening to the story of the movie. I thank the producers for selecting me despite my being a small hero. The director's execution skills are superb. It was a great experience doing the movie."
The film stars Neha Solanki as the heroine. Raghu Kunche and Ananth have key roles. Edited by Bonthala Nageswara Reddy, its cinematography is by Pavan Chenna.
