Mahesh Babu’s nephew and Guntur MP Jayadev Galla’s son Ashok Galla awaits the release of 'Hero' on January 15. Directed by 'Bhale Manchi Roju' fame Sriram Adittya, the entertainer has been produced by Padmavathi Galla.
Confirming the film's release date today, the team of the film spoke about their labour of love. Veteran producer Adiseshagiri Rao revealed that the full-on commercial entertainer is being released for Sankranthi as per Superstar Krishna's suggestion.
The film has Nidhhi Agerwal of 'iSmart Shankar' fame as the heroine. She described the newcomer hero's acting and dancing skills as exceptional. She also called the director a perfectionist.
Director Sriram Adittya, who has previously made 'Devadas' with Nagarjuna, said that Jagapathi Babu has delivered an award-winning performance. He lauded Ashok Galla's acting and spontaneity, adding that he is going to surprise everyone with his performance.
The debutant hero, Ashok Galla, gave a heart-felt speech, adding that his dream is coming true this festival season. "We are charged up ahead of the theatrical release," he said, making a special mention of the Rap song that has been lapped up by the fans of Mahesh Babu in a big way.
