Venkatesh is considered a great actor, but what if we told you he himself is a fan of another great actor. In his speech at Vikram's pre-release event on Tuesday, the 'F3' actor revealed that he has copied Kamal Haasan's expressions multiple times in his career.
"While doing sentimental scenes, I would sometimes go blank. I have done emotional scenes in movies such as 'Ganesh' and 'Dharma Chakram'. Whenever I was stuck and didn't know how to emote, I would watch Kamal sir's movies and study his expressions. I have literally copied him," Venky said.
Venky added that Kamal is India's first pan-India star, with 'Ek Duje Ke Liye' becoming a blockbuster in Hindi. "After Kamal sir entered the film industry, technicians started thinking from new perspectives. He is a multi-faceted personality. Only he could have thought of doing a film like 'Dasavatharam'. Nobody has such guts. None of today's actors can even think on those lines," the 'Rana Naidu' actor added.
