Hot scenes don't save Naveen Chandra!

Naveen Chandra has scored yet another flop after 'Mosagallu', 'Miss India' (OTT release), 'Mission 2020', 'Ghani', 'Virata Parvam', and 'Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga'. We are talking about his latest theatrical release 'Thaggedhe Le', a title that capitalizes on Allu Arjun's punchline from 'Pushpa: The Rise'.

Srinivas Raju of 'Dandupalyam' fame has directed this crime thriller where the heroine, played by Ananya Sengupta, suffers from compulsive sexual behaviour. So, here is what happens: Naveen Chandra's character visits a spiritual ashram named Paradise where men and women, who are complete strangers, are allowed to hook up. They have no-strings-attached sex. The 'Aravindha Sametha' actor and Ananya feature in a steamy song. A series of smooching moments follow.

Despite the hotness factor, the film lacks basic sex appeal. Ananya's character is crazy to bed the hero even after his marriage. These scenes play out in a cheap fashion sans taste.

The adult content has not gone down well with anybody at the box office.
