Raghava Lawrence's 'Rudhrudu' will not be heading to cinemas this Christmas. Reversing the previous release date announcement, the makers of the actioner today said that the film will hit the cinemas on April 14, 2023.
The reason for the postponement is that VFX works are going to take a lot of time. The film is firmly in the post-production phase now.
Starring senior Kollywood actor Sarathkumar in a key role, the film has Priya Bhavani Shankar, Poornima Bhagyaraj and Nasser in other important roles.
Scripted, produced and helmed by Kathiresan, the film has music by GV Prakash Kumar. RD Rajasekhar is its director of photography. Anthony is editing the movie.
