The title song from 'Ugram' works as a theme song. Written by Chaitanya Prasad, the angry song makes composer Sricharan Pakala scream with rage in keeping with the ferocity of the male lead's character.
The film, set to hit the cinemas on May 5, stars Allari Naresh in the role of a cop.
The Vijay Kanakamedala directorial deals with human trafficking and the resultant emotional turmoil undergone by the male protagonist.
Mirnaa Menon, in her recent interview, said that Naresh, herself and their onscreen daughter (Baby Uha Reddy) participated in tense scenes. "The hero injured himself, while I too had a fall. It was a nice experience despite the risk involved. Every scene in 'Ugram' is purposive and sensible," she said.
