'Intinti Ramayanam', presented by Sithara Entertainments, has been described as a laugh riot. Its theatrical release on Friday has warmed the hearts of the makers.

Speaking at a presser on Saturday, director Suresh Naredla said that the team is very happy to know the positive response from audiences. "Be it the scenes of Bithiri Satti or the police station episode, we get to hear a hilarious talk overall," he said, adding that a positive 'word of mouth' is going to help the film realize its commercial potential.

The apparent theme of the film revolves around the burglary of jewelry from the protagonist's (played by VK Naresh) house. However, the underlying theme pertains to human relationships.

Anji Mama, recently seen in 'Mem Famous', thanked producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and others associated with the project. He described 'IR' as a family watch.

Actress Navya Swamy, who is paired up with Rahul Ramakrishna in the movie, said that the response from the audience has been tremendous. "The viewers are thoroughly enjoying the comedy scenes. The response has been massive. The film is exceeding our expectations," she said. A Kannadiga, she practiced Telangana Telugu dialogues thoroughly to get her lip sync right.

The makers iterated that the film is an indie kind of outing set in a sleepy village. The emotional bonding between family members and how they come together in times of distress has been brought out.

Producer Venkat Uppaturi said that the film was first meant for a director Aha Video release. Convinced that it has greater potential, the makers decided to release it in theatres first. Producer Gopichand Innamuri said that the film is a wholesome package.

Surabhi Prabhavathi, Gangavva, Jeevan and Stephen Madhu are also part of the film.
