Pawan Kalyan's video goes viral amid 'Bharat' rumour

On Tuesday, it has been rumoured widely that India's name will be changed to Bharat. The official invite extended by the Centre to the Heads of countries participating in the G20 Summit describes the President as 'President of Bharat'.

Amidst the viral news, a particular video clip featuring actor-politician Pawan Kalyan has been widely shared by his supporters on social media. In the video, the 'BRO' and 'OG' actor can be heard saying that India is a name given to us by the British. In contrast, Bharat is a native name that belongs to our civilizational identity, the actor opines.

Jana Sena Party is expected to support the Centre's decision if the name-change rumour turns out to be true.

Meanwhile, owing to heavy rains in Hyderabad, the shoot of 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh' didn't recommence today despite all the arrangements in place. Mythri Movie Makers is producing it, while Harish Shankar is its director.
