Imanvi Esmail has been chosen as the female lead of the Prabhas-Hanu Raghavapudi movie. The project, whose rumoured title is 'Fauji', was launched on Saturday.
Soon after Imanvi's name was announced, Prabhas' die-hard fans, cinephiles and movie fanatics alike tried to figure out if the starlet has any digital footprint. They pulled out a couple of old video clips of herself dancing impeccably. Imanvi, who grew up in the West, comes across as a passionate dancer who deserves a solo song in Prabhas' movie.
The 'Salaar' and 'Kalki 2898 AD' actor hasn't been known to do dance-heavy songs. He is more of an action hero whose USP has never been dancing. Director Hanu must find a way to explore and unleash Imanvi's dancing skills. A solo song would be fitting. And Prabhas' fans must show the magnanimity to embrace such a song in the interest of the movie.
