Audio launch function of Young hero Nandamuri Taraka Ratna starrer ‘Kakatheeyudu’ was held on June 22, in Hyderabad. Pattipati Pullarao revealed the Big CD, while Rajasekhar launched the audio CDs. Anjaneyulu, T Prasanna Kumar, Sagar, Shobha Rani, Yarapathineni Srinivasa Rao, Lagadapati Venkat Rao, Sri, Malineni Lakshmaiah Chowdary, Siva Ram, Bhaskar Goud, Ponduri Kantharao and Kami Reddy and all the film unit members attended the audio launch function.
The film is being made under the banner Sri LVR Productions with Lagadapati Venkayamma as presenter. The film also stars Shilpa, Yamini and Revathi in lead roles. Vijaya Samudra is the director. Lagadapati Srinivas is producing the film.
Speaking at the audio launch function, Pattipati Pullarao said, “I wish that the film which is being produced by Lagadapati Venkat Rao’s son Lagadapati Srinivas and directed by Samudra will become big hit. Dialogues delivered by Tarak are very impressive.”
Addressing the gathering, Rajasekhar said, “Samudra garu has given me a big hit film like ‘Simharasi’. ‘Kakatheeyudu’ which is being directed by him will become big hit. Tarak is very talented and if Lady Luck favours him, he will become a star hero.”
“25% Fee Reimbursement Scheme is a student education sponsorship programme which supports students belonging to economically weaker sections was already started a few years ago. But, no step has been taken in that direction. The story of the film is about a guy who fights on that issue. The film will have 6 songs. Tarak has worked out for 8 months to change his physique,” said Vijaya Samudra.
“I’m making my debut as music director through Samudra’s film. Tarak has danced well for my songs in the film,” said music director Shankar.
Producer Lagadapati Srinivas said, “After ‘Chandi’, Shakar has provided music for this film. Tarak has given wonderful performance. Samudra has crafted the film wonderfully. We are planning to release the film by the end of July.”
Tarak shared, “I did duel role in the film. One is a bubbly role and I will appear in six-pack in the other role. ‘Kakatheeyudu’ is a commercial film and it also carries a message. Director and producers have made the film without compromising in any aspects.”
B Gopal said, “Trailer and songs are very impressive. Tarak’s dialogues are very good. His dance moves and fights will impress everyone. Shankar has given excellent tunes.”
