Poorvi Arts and Crafts organizing Silk Of India Exhibition Cum sale from 18th October at Sri Satya Sai Nigamam, Sri nagar Colony, Hyderabad . The Expo will be on till 27th October 2013 open from 10 AM to 9 PM. The Exhibition is showcasing exquisite sarees and dresses by craftmens from Weavers and artisans.
A colorful range of fabrics like Chanderi cotton & silks, hand embroidered, kurtis, dupattas, salwar suits, kameez, hand block printed & traditional weaves. Silk,natural dyed printed textiles , chanderi sarees in zari woven and Batik work ,apparels & life style accessories from Sutra. Kashmir Hand embroidered sarees , shawls, salwars, suits, handbags , stoles, silk pashmina shawl, silk scarves , dress materials also displaying in the exhibition.
Mr. Ashish Kumar Gupta, organizer informed, the traditional Indian artistry is dying due to modernization, our aim is to promote best artisans by putting up exhibition, through such events more than ten thousand artisans families get benefited every year. The artisans from different states are going to showcase their art & sculpture said.
Weavers and artisans are showcasing their silk and cotton products in the expo from various states of India. A wide range of sarees, duppatta, salwar suits and stoles in vibrant colors are available at attractive prices. Here you can find chirala, Mangalagiri, Kalamkari, Gadval, and Cotton Khadi Sarees from Andhra Pradesh along with Kanjeevaram and Uppada from Karnataka he added.
