Couple of days ago Tollywood was abuzz with reports that Charmi slapped one of the upcoming directors for misbehaving with her in a drunken state at a party. Soon after the news spread like wildfire, director Harish Shankar tweeted: “By Gods grace don't have time to respond or react to Rumours... Getting ready to do a High Voltage Energetic Schedule with Young Tiger.” This tweet alerted a leading newspaper to write about the news notably, after which Charmi was chased by several people to find out the actual truth. So to put an end to all speculations she finally took to twitter to break her silence on the gossip. In her tweet she mentioned: “As per the rumours doing the rounds I didnt slap anyone.. Thanks.” Neverthless only Charmi knows the truth, but let’s not get into her personal life.
Charmi is currently shooting for the item song ‘Nellorae’ alongside Ram Charan in ‘Naayak’. On the other hand, Harish Shankar is filming an untitled movie with NTR.
