The Teaser for 'The 100', starring RK Sagar aka RK Naidu as IPS officer Vikranth, was released today by Konidela Anjana Devi, Chiranjeevi's mother. Director Raghav Omkar Sasidhar has cast the 'Mogali Rekulu' actor in the role of a ruthless, unforgiving cop who believes that means justify ends.
A bunch of rowdy sheeters went on a rampage. Apparently, Vikranth had no option but to massacre them in a high-octane, staged encounter. Following the killings on the outskirts of the city, he comes under the radar of the Human Rights Commission, whose authorities believe that Vikranth allowed his ego to get the better of him. On his part, Vikranth refuses to toe the line of the system. He believes that those who grill him expect him to say the things they want to hear. But then, Vikranth is a self-styled cop who became trigger-happy for the greater good.
The film's Motion Poster was released recently at the hands of former Vice-President of India, Venkaiah Naidu.
The film's music is by Harshavardhan Rameshwar of 'Animal', 'Kabir Singh' and 'Arjun Reddy' fame. Vijay Master and Dragon Prakash Master have composed the fights. Misha Narang, Dhanya Balakrishna, Giridhar, Anand, Lakshmi Gopal Swamy, Kalyani Natarajan, Bala Krishna, Jayanth, Vishnu Priya and others are part of the cast. Shyam K Naidu is the cinematographer.
