Raja Vannemreddy is directing a film titled ‘Telugammayi’ featuring Saloni in title role. Vanampalli Baburao is producing it under Vaishnavi Movies banner. The film completed the post production works and is set for release during this month end.
Producer Vanampalli Baburao said, “Telugammayi is about a young woman who fights against the society for women’s rights. Raja Vannemreddy, who earlier directed films like ‘Kshemamga Velli Labhamga Randi’ and ‘Aadivaram Aadavallaku Selavu’ is now crafting ‘Telugammayi’ in his style of film making.”
Presenter Chegondi Hariramajogayya said, “Telugammayi is the story of a village girl. The first half of the film is the story of a coastal Andhra girl named Balatripura Sundari. There are altogether four heroes in this film. The first half of the film will progress in the Godavari Express train with love, comedy and entertainment amidst the heroes and heroine. Shafi is playing the main villain. A new character will enter in the second half of the film. He is none other than the dynamic artist Saikumar. The story will take various twists after the entry of Saikumar and thereafter creates suspense.”
