Santosh Parlawar, who earlier directed films like ‘Jathara’ and ‘Bongaram’ is now planning to launch a new film titled ‘Swathi I Love You’. Shyamala Santosh will produce this movie under SRP Creations banner. TV anchor Lasya is going to make her acting debut through this film and Santosh Parlawar will do the male lead role. According to Santosh, ‘Swathi I Love You’ is a triangle love story film with comedy elements. The recording of songs is presently going on. There are altogether 5 songs. The film will go on the sets in 1st week of June.
Lasya said, “I’ll definitely utlise this opportunity to the fullest extent possible. I’m very much impressed with the story and my character in it. I thank my director and producer for giving me this platform.”
