Sujatha Arts’ ‘Amma Naanna Oorelithe?’ which was directed by Anji Sreenu and produced by Jakkula Nageswara Rao has recently completed its censor formality. However, as the film received more that 40 cuts, producer Jakkula Nageswara Rao has planned to send the film to the revising committee.
On this occasion Nageswara Rao said, “We were shocked to note that our film received more than 40 cuts. Our director tried to convince the censor board with his explanation but in vain. The board members did not even bothered to return us the portion of cuts which had hurt us deeply. Hence we decided to challenge them and seek justice by sending it to revising committee.”
Director Anji Sreenu said, “Few films receive the censor certificate easily. But we suspect that the censor board team is favouring to few big producers only. We will fight for justice on this by revealing all details.”
With Sonia Agarwal in lead role, the film also stars Siddharth Varma, Vijay, Madhu, Teja, Shilpa Switha, manaswini, Tanusha, Sushmitha, Siva Krishna, Apoorva, F M Baabai, etc.
