Red Star R Narayana Murthy is playing the lead role in ‘Rajyadhikaram’ which is being made in his own direction. Tanikella Bharani, Telangana Sakuntala and LB Sriram have played the key roles. The film has completed the censor formality and the unit is planning to release the film on 15th of August.To update the film details, the unit held press conference.
Director cum Producer of the film R Narayana Murthy said, “In the film I have played the role of a farmer named Ramayya who fights for justice. What are the consequences of injustice makes the story of ‘Rajyadhikaram’. We have touched the present political scenario in this film.Tanikella Bharani has done dual roles and late Telangana Sakuntala has done a key role. These days for local elections some people are spending 5 Cr for Panchayath President, 25 Cr for MLA and 50 Cr for an MP. These things show that the politics are only for the rich. If this is the case, how can the poor be a part of politics? Are they not fit for the politics? Apart from all these things I’m also showing selfish politics prevailing in the present times. Recently released audio has got positive response. The audio has 7 songs while the movie has one additional song which is not a part of the audio. The film has completed the censor formality and issued ‘A’ certificate. After completing remaining works we are planning to release the film on 15th of August.”
