We all know that the makers of SS Rajamouli’s ‘Magadheera’ have approached the court to file a case against Bollywood film ‘Raabta’ starring Sushanth Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon seeking an injunction against the film’s release. Geetha Arts contend that ‘Raabtha’ film copied its unique story and plot line in violation of its copyright.

After the legal battle between both the sides, yesterday both the parties representing ‘Magadheera’ and ‘Raabta’ have settled the ongoing legal dispute amicably outside the court. Hence, Geetha arts has officially withdrawn the case. An official from Magadheera team confirmed that they have withdrawn the case and have agreed to an out of court settlement. The makers of ‘Raabta’ also sent a message saying, “Raabta wins !!! Magdheera withdraws.”

This clears that ‘Raabta’ might not be a copy of ‘Magadheera’. Now ‘Raabta’ team is very happy and relieved that the film is releasing.
