Manoj Nandan, Bhupal, Dhanraj and Pooja Ramachandran starrer thriller entertainer ‘Devi Sri Prasad’ is releasing on November 10. RV Raju and Akrosh are producers. Young director Sri Kishore, who carved a special image for himself by making suspense thrillers like ‘Sasesham’ and ‘Bhoo’, has directed this hat-trick film ‘Devi Sri Prasad’. Famous comedian Dhanraj played a key role. On the eve of film’s release, Manoj Nandam said few words about the film.

“The shooting of ‘Devi Sri Prasad’ was started in November last year. We have wrapped up the shooting within 25 days. The delay is due to some small unavoidable reasons as the film is produced by small producers. DV Creations head Venkatesh garu watched the film and he was very much impressed. He felt that the film will work out in the commercial angle and came forward to release this film. At first, Dhanraj has narrated me the script. Director Sri Kishore is a dance choreographer in Hong Kong. He also narrated me the script through phone call. Dhanraj anna and I decided to play two of the three roles. For the third role, we felt that Bhupal will be perfect apt to that role and roped him. The makers have approached nearly 15 artists for Leela role. No one agreed as they doubt how they will make the film. Finally Pooja Ramachandran accepted to act in this. Director has kept his heart and soul for the good outcome of the film. Four songs and four fights and that is cinema - it’s not director Sri Kishore’s style. He readied the script in such a way to carve out the film in a fresh way. We can say it’s a cult movie. RV Raju garu and Akrosh garu have started the project without compromising in terms of budget. Cinematographer Phani has given wonderful visuals. Music director Kamran has given life to the film with his background score. I am very happy with the output of the film. Devi role played by Bhupal will have some negative touch. Dhanraj’s role will be like ‘Goda Meeda Pilli’. I played Prasad who has positive thinking. What are the unexpected things that happened between the three characters? - Makes the story of ‘Devi Sri Prasad’,” said Manoj Nandam.

When asked about his upcoming films, the actor said, “Manasainodu is getting ready for release in November. I played a wonderful role in ‘Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu’. I missed the opportunity to act in Mahesh garu’s film in the last moment.”
